Free USA shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order shipped to an address in the United States. Faster shipping options, when available, are shown with their price at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

After your order ships, standard delivery in the United States usually takes 7 to 12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak seasons.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package. If you did not receive it, check your spam folder or contact us.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away; we can update the address only before the order ships.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us and we will help locate the package or send a replacement at no cost. See our Refund Policy for details.
